Eucrisa

Eucrisa (crisaborole) is a nonsteroidal medicine that blocks a certain substance in the body that triggers inflammatory symptoms of eczema (atopic dermatitis). Eucrisa ointment is used to treat mild to moderate eczema in adults and children who are at least 2 years old. EUCRISA contains crisaborole (active ingredient) and the following inactive ingredients: white petrolatum, propylene glycol, mono- and di-glycerides, paraffin, butylated hydroxytoluene, and edetate calcium disodium. The clinical trials have shown that crisaborole is effective at decreasing inflammation and is well-tolerated with long term use.
